Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Enjoy flexible hours and a friendly work environment with our part-time position. Our schedule ensures you work Monday through Friday with shifts between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. – no weekend shifts!
General Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate all kitchen equipment.
- Stock Management: Stock ingredients in the designated work area and maintain supplies in the walk-in cooler.
- Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare products in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all items meet our quality control guidelines.
- Order Management: Receive and process telephone orders promptly and accurately.
- Inventory Maintenance: Conduct regular inventory checks to sustain optimal stock levels.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean environment by ensuring equipment and the facility are tidied daily.
Communication Skills
- Verbal Communication: Clearly interact with customers and co-workers. Process orders efficiently both over the phone and in person.
Essential Skills
- Mathematical Proficiency: Handle basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and use a calculator when necessary. Manage monetary transactions and provide accurate change.
- Communication Abilities: Exhibit strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Work Ethic and Efficiency: Perform repetitive tasks with consistency. Thrive both independently and as part of a team. Manage stress and adhere to strict quality control standards while making informed decisions.
- Additional Requirement for Driver Positions: Must have an insured vehicle.
